You can separate your email accounts so that each person using the email account gets only their mail in their Inbox. To do this you must make Identities for each person.

Start Outlook Express (if you are asked to connect click Cancel or work offline then click Hide if an error message pops up)

Click on File

Click on Identities and then click on Add New Identity...

You will be asked if you want to switch to the new Identity. If you choose Yes you will be asked to make a new account for that Identity when it starts. to setup the account see Additional email accounts

Because this Identity (mom)was made in addition to an existing Identity(Main Identity) it will not open automatically when you start Outlook Express.

To use this Identity (mom) you must start Outlook Express, choose File then choose Switch Identity...

Click on the Identity you wish to switch to (in this case it is mom) and click OK

If you are using a dial-up account and are already connected to VOLstate you may be asked if you wish to use your current connection for the new identity, you will say YES to this and Outlook Express will restart with that Identity (mom).
