Click on Tools and scroll the list to Accounts and click it.

Note: The following steps are the same as setting up an account in Outlook Express 5.x

Choose Mail...

Type in the name the way you want others to see emails from this account.

Then click Next

Enter the VOLstate Mail servers: mail.volstate.net for both Incoming and Outgoing Servers then click Next

Enter your VOLstate username and password here and click Next

On the Next screen simply Click Finish and your account setup is complete
