The next window you will see it the Properties for the Email account you are setting up.

Type in VOLstate Internet Mail Account and you will see the Title at the top of the page change to VOLstate Internet Mail Account Properties.

Name: the Persons Name

Organization: if requested

E-mail Address: the VOLstate Email address for the account.

Click on the Servers Tab

the Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.volstate.net

the Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.volstate.net

click Logon using:

Account Name: Your account username ( all lower case)

Password: Your account password

Click on the Connections Tab

Click the dot before 'I use a modem to access my e-mail' if you are using a dialup account, and under the 'Use the following Dail-up Networking connection:' choose your VOLstate dialer.

if you are using DSL or ISDN with a router leave the dot in front of 'I use a LAN connection'

Click OK when all of the information has been entered.
